About Us
New Products Industries Co Ltd. (Neproplast) manufactures plastic
pipes and fittings to international standards for pressure and non-pressure
applications.
Established in 1968 by Late Shikh / Sahl Kabbani, Neproplast
has many years of experience in delivering high performance products
throughout the Middle East and beyond.
We aim to ensure customer satisfaction through the quality of our
products and the excellence of our after sales service.
Continuous development
Manufacturing capability and capacity is continuously updated to meet
ever-increasing demand and to ensure that the technology employed
is always up to date.
1970 - Production of PVC pipes started on two extrusion lines -
capacity of 300 tons per year.
1976 - Original equipment replaced by three new lines - annual capacity
of 5000 tons.
1980 - Output increased to 15000 tons per year
2004 - Pipe capacity increased to 20000 tons per year.
1990 - Production of PVC pipe fittings started on two machines -
capacity 1500 tons per year
2005 - Fittings capacity increased to 5000 tons.
Further upgrading and development planned with the replacement of
three extrusion lines and the addition injection molding machines.

Our experience across a wide range of applications means that solutions
developed for one purpose can often be applied to others, leading
to reduced costs and shorter development times.
Meeting customer needs
Our policy is to produce pipes and fittings of superior quality,
in the time requested, to every customer. i.e. supplying products
that meet customer needs and are free from deficiencies.
Management system effectiveness
Compliance with ISO 9001:2000 enables us to operate an effective
Quality Management System, which enables us to demonstrate our ability
to meet customer and regulatory requirements. In other words, it
is designed to ensure that customers get what they want when they
want it. Continual improvement to the effectiveness of the system
is achieved through audit, analysis and corrective and preventive
action.
Careful planning of quality control
Carefully planned quality control procedures ensure that we produce
what we should produce and they include inspection at every stage
of the process: incoming materials, production start up, in process
and final release.
Thorough testing
Material and product testing is carried out 24 hours a day seven
days a week using the latest technology.
